oil and it becomes a wet rub for marinating
Coat fat side of Pork butt roast Place in a roaster pan fat side up.. Add orange juice until 1/2 way up the side of the pork roast. Add 6 - 8 Bay leaves to juice. Cover and roast at 350* for 3 - 4 hours. Remove bay leaves and shred in remaining juice.
Great for tacos, BBQ subs, Cuban sandwiches and a lot more.
